A top-rated law firm seeks a patent agent with at least 3 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patents in a variety of life science, biotech, and pharmaceutical matters. The patent agent will work on all aspects of patent practice with particular focus on freedom to operate and due diligence search and analysis projects and preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Candidates must be registered patent agents and have an advanced degree in the biological sciences and research experience in biological sciences. They should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials and maintain strict confidentiality due to the nature of the position.
