Position Responsibilities:
General:
Compile and organize documents to assist in discovery, motions practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
Coordinate, organize, and manage large scale document collections.
Monitor court docket for assigned cases and manage internal case file.
Bluebook, cite check, and proofread various court filings and legal memoranda.
Perform factual research and prepare written summaries of compiled information.
Coordinate with vendors and litigation support regarding all aspects of eDiscovery.
Prepare deposition notices and subpoenas; organize, maintain, and prepare witness interview or deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries.
Assist with drafting pleadings and motions, including gathering
and organizing exhibits and e-filing all court documents and coordinating service of process.
Assist in all aspects of trial preparation and attendance at trial.
Other duties as assigned by practice group and Paralegal Management.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
A bachelor's degree.
2-3 years of complex litigation paralegal experience.
Willingness and flexibility to work overtime, occasionally on short notice.
Preferred:
Experience with litigation support software and review platforms, including Relativity and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Familiarity with electronic filing in federal and state courts.
Strong cite-checking, proofreading, and blue booking skills.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and all levels of personnel, and handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating initiative, diplomacy and tact when under pressure.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
