Responsibilities:
  • Advanced-level document production including document conversions, redlining, creating Table of Contents and Table of Authorities, editing and inserting styles, and mail merges
  • Efficiently proofreading and editing content for grammatical errors 
  • Scheduling appointments, making travel and/or meeting arrangements
  • Facilitating timely processing, tracking, and delivery of clients bills
  • Interacting professionally with external contacts/clients
Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ prior experience supporting a Real Estate practice
  • Advanced use of MS Word (including redlining, comparing documents, advanced formatting, TOA creation and manipulation, and hyperlinks) as well as an ability to quickly learn other applications
  • Ability to efficiently read and write in order to proof and edit (using edit marks) non-routine correspondence, reports and tables for typographical (spelling and grammar) errors
  • Proficiency using Worksite/Filesite or other document management systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary to convey and obtain information to various levels of internal and external clients
  • Timely follow up and communication on the status of assigned projects with appropriate stakeholders
  • The ability to compose, edit and proofread legal documents, correspondence and reports
  • Strong proofreading skills and overall continual attention to detail
