Duties:
The Senior Collections Coordinator is primarily responsible for client collections including, contacting clients directly for payment of outstanding bills and keeping responsible attorneys abreast of potential collection problems. Other duties include researching client payment histories, analyzing and preparing historical collection trend analysis, monitoring payment plans, and identifying receivables to write-off or transfer to suspense.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years collections experience, preferably in a law firm environment. A college degree is preferred, as is experience with 3E accounting software.  Key factors for success in this position include excellent written and communication skills, sound judgment, ability to work independently and in a high-pressure environment, excellent follow-up and ability to interact and work well with clients and co-workers.
