• This position will provide comprehensive administrative and specialized trademark prosecution secretarial support to Trademark attorneys and paralegals. Duties include, but are not limited to: preparation of documents, creation and maintenance of e-rooms, processing of foreign associate invoices, handling incoming calls, creation and maintenance of files and e-files, internal/external calendaring of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement processing, records maintenance and all other administrative support for timekeepers including time entry, conflict checks, engagement letters, waiver letters and audit letter responses, etc. Qualified candidates should have 7+ years of experience as a secretary in a trademark practice and the ability to work overtime as needed. Success factors include: the ability to multitask and work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines with quick turnaround times/deadlines, strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong judgment and decision making skills, the ability to work independently but also as part of a collaborative team. Fast and accurate typing with exhibited proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Worksite/iManage, Outlook, Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat and other firm applications required. College degree preferred.
