  • Preparing expense reports and making travel arrangements, as necessary for Paralegal Managers and/or Director; assisting with tracking, scheduling and processing three-month introductory evaluations for paralegals firm wide; assisting with coordinating the paralegal annual review process including tracking feedback from attorneys and sending reminders,
  • Preparing evaluation forms and scheduling review meetings; scheduling paralegal meetings and coordinating necessary resources, as appropriate; processing paralegal PTO requests and updating and maintaining central PTO calendar; tracking MCLE credits and compliance periods for all paralegals and sending reminders regarding compliance periods; preparing reports as requested; assisting Director and Managers with various projects such as promotions, billing rate changes, etc.
  • Assisting Director and Managers with recruiting process, including: assisting with preparing and tracking open and closed job requisitions, processing and tracking resumes, publishing open positions, interacting with legal recruiting agencies, pre-screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting with reference checks on candidates, coordinating conflict and background checks on candidates; and maintaining internal Paralegal Management site.
  • Qualified candidates must possess 2+ years in previous administrative experience.
  • Must be available to work overtime, as required.
  • A college degree and previous law firm experience is preferred
