Project Manager - IC Development

Richardson, Texas (onsite/hybrid)

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a key staff member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and provide leadership and project management expertise to development teams
• Lead development teams in all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource planning, budget and project metrics
• Manage cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with management and customers
• Represent company at an executive level in negotiations with suppliers, IP vendors and foundries
• Set goals for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables for all projects
• Support quality management continuous improvement activities at the business and team level
• Continuously grow yourself and your organization’s performance through proactive thinking on personal, design and technology training
• Ability to be hands-on and flexible across multiple functional roles from proposal to production supply chain management
• Manage your organization’s financial and project objectives as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities

Required Experience:
• BS/MS in Applicable Field with 3+ years of experience in IC product design, or equivalent
• Experience with a variety of manufacturing technologies and design applications preferred
• Must have thorough understanding of best practices for silicon development tools and processes
• Proven record of technical project leadership success developing integrated circuits
• Strong communication, debugging and analytical skills with complex technical concepts
• Strong engineering knowledge of IC design flows and functions is expected
• Understanding of digital and analog/mixed signal design (digital front end and RF experience is desired)
