Job Summary:
The Test Technician will support the Test Engineer by preparing and conducting tests, collecting data, maintaining test equipment, and participating in clean room installation. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the testing process and the quality of semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of test plans, procedures, and test cases for semiconductor devices.
• Prepare test setups and ensure that test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Operate and monitor test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and automated test systems.
• Collect, record, and analyze test data, identifying any anomalies or issues.
• Support the troubleshooting of test failures and assist in the root cause analysis.
• Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in the installation and maintenance of clean room environments, including logistics around electricity, dry air, network, and other utilities.
• Assist in the preparation of test reports and documentation for review by the Test Engineer.
• Collaborate with the Test Engineer and other team members to improve test procedures and methodologies.
• Stay updated on advancements in test equipment and methodologies.

Qualifications:
• Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a semiconductor testing or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and automated test systems.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and testing methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CAD system schematic and layout (routing) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of industry-standard equipment such as Prober, handler, and ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required.
