Construction Project Manager (Direct hire – W-2 job)

Location: Fullerton, CA
Salary: $125,000 DOE & Benefits including 401(k) plan & Flexible schedule
Job Requirements:
Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices
