Business Development Manager for Test Lab

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction within our dynamic organization. Your responsibilities will encompass cultivating existing customer relationships, identifying new avenues for growth, and serving as a bridge between customers, our engineering and operations teams for seamless project execution. By leveraging your excellent communication skills and industry insights, you will contribute to successful customer presentations, trade shows, and propose solutions that enhance customer experiences. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance against targets will be crucial to gauge our progress and ensure continued success. Your role will not only involve proactive customer engagement but also staying attuned to industry trends to consistently deliver valuable solutions that cater to customer needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of at least 5 plus years in technical sales, preferably in a test lab or related environment.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor Test House and ATE equipment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and build lasting relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments to achieve shared goals.
