eDiscovery/Relativity Administrator A premier international law firm seeks an experienced eDiscovery/Relativity Administrator to support the firm’s fast-paced litigation practice groups and Global Practice Services (GPS) team. The eDiscovery/Relativity Administrator is responsible for the administration, installation, configuration, and infrastructure design of the firm’s three global on-prem Relativity environments: US, UK & EU (all running RS2022).
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring Relativity support trends, coordinating quarterly health checks, and troubleshooting performance issues.
Advising and training GPS team members of new features.
Adhering to Relativity’s best practices and guidelines.
Regular maintenance, hotfixes, system, and version upgrades (when applicable).
Regular archiving of Relativity workspaces, importing ARMs from external environments, and moving workspaces to/from the cloud.
Actively engaging with the eDiscovery and Relativity communities/professional associations to track trends and potential improvements to how the Firm leverages eDiscovery technology.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have experience with a wide variety of litigation support and eDiscovery technologies to help improve project workflows within Relativity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Relativity and various processing technologies as well as an understanding of the litigation process, standard litigation support procedures, and data privacy concerns supporting cross-border environments.
The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work autonomously, quickly learn new software and procedures, exercise good judgment, and show initiative in resolving problems and completing assignments.
Must be able to organize, plan and prioritize workload.
Must work well under pressure and in a team environment.
The candidate must exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of eDiscovery/Relativity Administrator experience supporting the full life cycle of Relativity (processing through production) is required.
Comprehensive experience with the Windows Server operating system and with SQL Server is a requirement.
