Cyber, Privacy & Data Attorney (3 to 5 years)
This cybersecurity / incident response practice provides clients with strategic legal advice for responding to data breaches, including some of the largest in history. Working as a key part of the firm's Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation team, you will work collaboratively with practices across the firm, as well as various teams within clients, to tackle challenges in incident response, including forensic investigations, communication strategies, and regulatory / litigation risk mitigation.The firm  also use this experience to provide clients with practical solutions to help mitigate risk in their cybersecurity and incident preparedness programs. The team supports clients of all sizes across the firm’s industry verticals of technology, finance, and energy.
 Experience in cybersecurity and incident response is required.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in advising and representing clients on all aspects of cybersecurity and incident response matters. As a trusted legal advisor, you will help our clients navigate the complex and ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations.  
Job Requirement

Should be a highly motivated, dynamic, and creative individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, and above all a team player. The candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal research and superb writing and oral communications skills. This position offers the candidate the opportunity to assume significant responsibility, work directly with clients and be an integral member of a vibrant team. Membership to the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred.
